2014 Christmas Tree Sales

2014 Christmas Tree Sales Flyer

The sales of Christmas Trees each year at Living Savior Lutheran Church supports our Social Ministry programs— all profits are used to provide funds to various needs in the community—such as NOVACO (domestic violence pro-gram) and other youth and adult servant events. Thrivent Financial provides matching funds for this effort.

Add to that, our trees are beautiful, fresh, last well through the Christmas season and are reasonably priced. So please support this effort purchasing your tree from us and by advertising the tree sale to friends and neighbors.

Living Savior Lutheran Church is located at 5500 Ox Road in Fairfax Station, VA —stop by and take a look after Nov. 29th.

It gives these moms the support they need in a program to move them toward self-sufficiency.It’s easy – pick a leaf (or more) from the board in the walkway and supply the items by Sunday, November 23rd.

Flood Buckets

Flood Buckets

Letter of Thanks

Please join us in providing assistance to various areas that have been hard-hit this year with flooding – we are working with Lutheran Disaster Response to provide Flood Buckets to those affected.  With the right materials, many families can begin the overwhelming task of cleaning up after a flood on their own.

Our goal is to put together 100 Flood Buckets!

If you can help, please pick up a bucket (or two or more) and fill them with the requested items. Each bucket is numbered, so we can track donations and provide you with a written acknowledgement of your donation.  The contents are listed on a label on the outside of each bucket and an instruction sheet is inside the bucket with a list your can take with you when you go shopping.  We would like to get all the bucket done by July 17th. See the “Bucket List” for more details.
