Reformation Sunday 2017

On Sunday, October 29, 2017, the Living Savior Sunday School with Henni Froemke, Linda Haley, Krissy and William Lundsford, Ellena Pollock and Karen Ruwisch held a Reformation Festival to Honor the 500th Anniversary of Martin Luther's Posting of his 95 Thesis on the Wittenberg Castle Church door. During the festival, the children enjoyed games and crafts, as well as snacks, prizes and a Bible lesson. Included in the activities was a Guttenberg Bible Press activity where foam letters were used to create words and sentences, a Herb Shop where sachets were made using lavender, peppermint and chamomile, and stained glass windows using tissue paper on contact paper.
